Abstract: With the rapid development of cloud computing, many industries have started to use cloud computing in their technology infrastructure. Within the scope of the thesis study, a feasibility study was carried out to establish a cloud computing structure in the defense industry. By examining the existing structure and possibilities, what prerequisites will be required for the transition to the cloud computing structure, data privacy and infrastructure adequacy have been examined. It has been examined which of the private, public, community and hybrid cloud structures in cloud computing can be applied. Foundation studies were carried out for the establishment of this structure. In cooperation with the information technology department, it was worked on the basis of data confidentiality. In the following stages, a cloud framework using the private cloud structure could be created. Some projects have been moved to this framework and a development environment has been created. The usage status, ease and frequency of use of the created framework in the defense industry, were verified in a survey study with the factors mentioned. At the end of the study, the results obtained were discussed, the framework created was compared with other studies in the literature, and suggestions were presented that will enable the framework to work more efficiently in the future.
